Dr. Shezad Tejani
M.D., CCFP, Dip. CAPM
Dr. S. Tejani is our current Owner and President. He is a physician with specialization in Interventional Pain Management and Family Medicine. After medical school, he trained in Neurosurgery at the residency program at McMaster University, Hamilton, and subsequently in Family Medicine at McMaster University. With years of experience with patients, elderly, and people with specialized needs, he now heads two In-Home health companies including For Seniors Only Inc. Under his leadership, our goal is to continue striving for excellence in providing personalized In-Home care for our clients.
Susan Fellbaum
Executive Director to the CEO
Susan has been employed with For Seniors Only for 22 years. As Executive Director, Susan oversees all facets of operations for the company. As a veteran in private care, she has demonstrated success with her forward-thinking approach resulting in both company and personal growth. Keeping clients and employees satisfied has been her balanced approach to her proven leadership skills. Susan holds certificates in Human Resources, Senior Exercise Program Facilitator, dementia, and Senior Behavioural Issues. She has taken care of many clients over the years and uses these experiences when directing the company as she puts the clients first, making sure they receive the best care possible.
Wanda McFarlane
Office Administrator / Housekeeping Manager
Wanda is the company scheduling and community outreach manager. In addition to overseeing the day to day duties of a team of caregivers, she is the essential liason between the company and our community partners. Wanda’s years of service with the company makes her one of the best resources for clients and Sudbury’s heath providers to connect with. She is known for her strong will pursuit to bring value to not only the clients we serve but also to the community at large and our team of caregivers who form the pillars of our enterprise.
Carrie Stevens
Director of Care / Advanced Foot Care Nurse
Carrie has been with For Seniors Only since returning in 2017 as a Registered Practical Nurse and Certified Foot Care Nurse. She certified in Ostomy and Colostomy wellness and care. Carrie believes in education and carries many certificates in many aspects of heath care. She is certified in GPA, P.I.E.C.E.S, Mental Health First Aid and is a Facilitator of Living the Dementia Journey. Her background was as a PSW since 1999 and has experience in Long Term Care, community, and retirement settings. She also has a background in finance as a mortgage broker, bank teller, loans officer and business administration. Carrie worked as a PSW with For Seniors Only for 2 years in 2000 and returned to For Seniors Only as the Director of Care and Advanced Foot Care Nurse because of the wonderful and caring staff who put their clients and staff first above anything else. She oversees the foot care program provided to the many Long Term and community clients and is there to provide knowledge and insight to our footcare nurses. Carrie has numerous hours as a volunteer with many organizations such as the Special Olympics and as an Auxiliary Police Constable with the Greater City of Sudbury for 7 years. She is committed to For Seniors Only clients and is dedicated and committed to providing quality and compassionate foot care with every visit.
